本人於2009年在國立交通大學電子研究所獲得博士學位，其後於國立臺灣師範大學電機工程學系歷任助理教授 (2013-2017年)、副教授 (2017-2021年)、優聘教授 (2021-2024年)，並於2024年2月起加入國立陽明交通大學電機學院電子研究所任教。本人曾參與的研究計畫包括靜電放電防護設計和仿生電路設計等研究領域，在過去的五年中，致力於高速電路的靜電放電防護設計、射頻電路的靜電放電防護設計以及先進製程元件的靜電放電防護設計等工作。在過去幾年中，本人有幸能夠與產業界建立緊密的合作關係，參與了各種產學合作研究計畫、擔任技術顧問並提供技術諮詢。透過這些寶貴的合作機會，得以協助產業界開發出一些適合實際產品應用的技術，並有幸見證一些具有創新性的設計概念，其中一些更已經提交專利申請，這些專利包括美國、中華民國和中國大陸的發明專利。此外，本人曾擔任台灣靜電放電防護工程學會秘書長、並為現任理事長，致力於組織各種技術論壇、研討會和訓練課程，以提升台灣產學界同仁在靜電放電防護電路設計方面的專業能力；同時，本人也常擔任活動講師，分享自己的專業知識和經驗。本人在會議和期刊上撰寫或合著上百篇論文，也參與了許多國際期刊和會議的審稿工作，透過這些評審工作，得以貢獻專業見解並促進學術交流，同時也在學術領域中建立了廣泛的合作關係。在獲獎記錄方面，本人有幸獲得多個殊榮，包括中國電機工程學會優秀青年電機工程師獎、國研院台灣半導體研究中心優良晶片設計獎、旺宏金矽獎–最佳指導教授獎等。
Chun-Yu Lin received the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Electronics,
National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 2009. He was the
Assistant Professor from 2013 to 2017, Associate Professor from 2017
to 2021, and Distinguished Professor from 2021 to 2024, at the
Department of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan Normal
University. Starting from 2024, he relocates to join the Institute
of Electronics at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. Now, he also
serves as the President of Taiwan ESD Association.
He authored or co-authored more than 100 conference and journal publications. He is
a peer reviewer for the IEEE Electron Device Letters, IEEE
